Q: Do you do hand code for all projects?
A: Yes, we do not use any form of code generator, or "site grinder". You can be confident that every line of your code is hand-coded by only talented front-end coders. You're in good hands.
Q: Will you code compliant with W3C standards?
A: Yes, all our delivered projects compliant with W3C's XHTML 1.0 Strict Standard and CSS 2.1 Standard.
Q: Will you leave any name-tag in your code?
A: No, not at all. We provide completely transparent service.
Q: Do you have any requirements of the submitted source file?
A: We accept ranges of source file format such as PSD (preferred), PNG, JPG and PDF. If you have used any customised fonts, you need to submit your fonts as well.
Q: What kinds of browser does your xHTML/CSS code support?

A: Yes, all projects we delivered will be fully tested under Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) and Ubuntu Linux (10.04 Lucid), this is part of our release checklist.

A: Your payment will be made through Paypal. Our order system will redriect you to Paypal site to fulfill the payment.

A: All prices listed on this website are in USD, and Australian Dollar (AUD) is available for Australia domestic clients.
Q: Do you offer discount for my project ?
A: Our pricing structure is extremely competitive in the market. As a entity of company we are already work with very close margins. If you project has more than 8 pages, please contact us for a customised quote.
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: We will issue full refund if
  • You withdraw the project before it gets started or
  • We cannot deliver the project on time/quality basis. (which never happened though)
